A vegetarian dish from the lush green fields of Punjab. "The Land of the Five Rivers", this puree of tender spinach leaves is slowly simmered with pure cubes of Indian cottage cheese cubes. Palak Paneer `s delicate natural flavours are enhanced by a subtle addition of spices and seasonings, creating a dish which is as tasty as it is wholesome.
