Jhatpat chaat
This recipes is easy to make.Its a snacks & takes only 15-20 minutes for preparation.

Composition:
Ing:1/2 kg.potato boil it, 1 cup green peas boiled,2 onions, 2tsp. ginger paste,1/2tsp.turmeric Powder,2tsp. coriander powder,1tsp.Garam masala,1/2tsp.black pepper,2 tsp.chaat masala,1/2 cup tamarind paste,2tbsp.oil.

Procedure:
Method:Heat the oil in a Kadhai.Put all the dry masala in it& stir it for 3-4 minutes.put green peas ginger paste tamarind paste& close d gas.Cut d potato & apply butter on one side.Keep it on Baking tray & put the green peas mixture in it. Now keep it in oven for 10 minutes sprinkle onion.coriander leaves on it & serve it..

Sabudana cutlet
This recipe is quite delicious & tasty.

Composition:
Ing:1kg potato;200gm.sabudana;100gm paneer;100gm finely crushcoconut;50gmdraksh;(1pcs garlic;5pcs green chilli;coriander leaves finely chopped all of this)2pcs lemon juice;1tsp garam masala;salt;oil for fry.

Procedure:
Method:boil the potato.soak the sabudana in water for 1 hour.paneer ko bur bura kar de.now mix potato; paneer,sabudana;&all d above ing. properly.make a roll of d above ing.&fry it in oil.serve it with sauceor green chutney.

Coconut hot Chutney

Coconut - 1 cup (Grated)
fried gram dal - 1/2 cup
dry chillies - 2 nos
green chilly - 1/2 no
Tamaring - pinch
salt - to taste

Method:

* Dry fry the ingredients and grind well

Can be served with Idly, Dosa and even with Barotas

Coconut Chutney

Ingredients:
Fresh Coconut – Grated 60g
Green chillies-16g
Cilantro ( Kotmir/ Coriander leaves)-5g
Salt-3g
Lime juice-4gm
Pinch of Sugar (optional)

Optional Tadka:
Oil-2/3tbsp (7g)
Mustard Seeds-1gm
Curry leaves-2gms

Procedure:
Grind all ingredients for the Chutney along with 1-2 tbsp of water. Then if desired the tadka can be given. To give tadka- heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves. Add this to the already ground ingredients.
